- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 warm pita breads
Instructions
- Marinate the steak in a mixture of olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Sear the marinated steak on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your preference. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
