Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together softened butter with sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, then mix in flour and chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top, followed by the remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with slight crumbs. Allow cooling before slicing.
