- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli florets into small pieces, then blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and plunge into ice water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched broccoli, cheddar cheese, flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2 inches wide).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked fritters to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil before serving.
