  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red or green)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, approximately 7-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked tortellini and heavy cream; stir gently for about 3-4 minutes to combine.
  5. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top; cover until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
