  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup okra (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Dice the bell peppers, onion, and celery; mince the garlic.
