  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 2 fresh jalapeños
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 8 taco shells (corn or flour)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks and season with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. Marinate while preheating your oven.
  2. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the seasoned pork in a Dutch oven with broth, cover tightly, and cook for about 3 hours until fork-tender.
