  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
