  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in cream cheese until fully incorporated.
  3. Add diced strawberries and chia seeds; stir to combine.
  4. Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers for easy storage.
  5. Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  6. In the morning, stir well and enjoy straight from the jar! Optionally top with more strawberries or crushed graham crackers.
