Instructions
- Prepare the avocados by cutting them in half and removing the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Brush avocado halves lightly with olive oil and place cut-side down on the grill for about 5 minutes until charred.
