Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • ¼ cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Remove scallops from the skillet, then add shrimp. Cook until pink and curled, about 2–3 minutes.
  5. Return scallops to the skillet along with crab meat, white wine, and lemon juice; simmer for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
