- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- ¼ cup fresh dill (chopped)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp and scallops under cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add scallops to the skillet first; sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and opaque.
- Remove scallops from the skillet, then add shrimp. Cook until pink and curled, about 2–3 minutes.
- Return scallops to the skillet along with crab meat, white wine, and lemon juice; simmer for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in chopped parsley and dill just before serving.
