Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in 1 cup of corn grits to avoid lumps.
- Lower the heat and stir in 1 cup heavy cream and 4 tbsp butter. Cook until thickened (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Season the grits with salt and pepper; keep warm.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter and add the shrimp along with 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
