  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula or spinach)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add flank steak and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
