  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain but do not rinse.
