Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat until warm but not boiling; stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and steep Earl Grey tea bags for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags from the cream mixture; add bloomed gelatin and vanilla extract while stirring until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour into molds or ramekins and cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
