  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the Guinness, granulated sugar, brown sugar until dissolved. Add eggs, oil, vanilla extract, and sour cream; mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not over-mix.
