  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
