  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into an 8×8-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  2. Beat softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add cocoa powder; mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla and melted chocolate chips until smooth.
  4. Pour filling over cooled crust, spreading evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the filling mixture.
  6. Spread whipped topping over the filling and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Cut into squares before serving.
