  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Pour the apple-cranberry mixture into the crust and dot with butter.
