  • 1/2 cup Char Siu sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Char Siu sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably up to overnight).
