- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cubed potatoes, ranch seasoning, sour cream, shredded cheese, and half of the green onions.
