  • 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack mix)
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for dipping)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened (3-5 minutes).
  4. Lay out a tortilla, spoon meat mixture along one edge, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
