- ½ tsp baking powder

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Gently fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into prepared pans and smooth the tops. Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
