  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  3. Gradually stir in flour until just combined. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.

  5. While cooling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; stir in vanilla extract.
