  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 fresh lemons
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to simmer in the sauce for another 5 minutes.
