Description

Crispy Broccoli Cheddar Poppers are a deliciously indulgent snack that perfectly blends savory and crunchy textures. Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray or 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the chopped broccoli for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
