  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a lightly greased baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
  4. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour half the sauce over it; coat well.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
