  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup green goddess dressing
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer to a greased baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough generously with olive oil and evenly spread the spinach leaves on top.

  5. Drizzle the green goddess dressing generously over the toppings.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and toasted pine nuts atop everything.
