- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until moistened.
- Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mini muffin tin cup and bake for 5 minutes until slightly brown.
- While cooling, beat together low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Gradually mix in honey or maple syrup to taste.
