  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries or blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until moistened.
  2. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mini muffin tin cup and bake for 5 minutes until slightly brown.
  3. While cooling, beat together low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Gradually mix in honey or maple syrup to taste.
  4. Spoon the filling into each crust and smooth the tops. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
