  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta shells until al dente; drain carefully.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, crab meat, shrimp, half the Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer while stirring.
  5. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
