- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta shells until al dente; drain carefully.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, crab meat, shrimp, half the Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer while stirring.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
