  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 24 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gently fold in sour cream until just combined. Avoid overmixing for the best texture.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center. Cool before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
