  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, smashed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
