- ½ cucumber (grated)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or mint (chopped)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cut chicken breasts into cubes and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes if using; otherwise, proceed with metal skewers.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers evenly.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook skewers for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill or mint, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the tzatziki sauce. Chill until serving.
