  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (approx. 360g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (5g)
  • 1 tsp salt (6g)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (1.5g)
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. During the last few minutes of grilling the chicken, add broccoli florets to the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Slice the grilled chicken into strips and serve atop the grilled broccoli in bowls. Drizzle with additional olive oil or sauce if desired.
