  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
