Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by honey and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; then gently fold in chopped peaches.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before frosting with cream cheese mixture (beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth).
