  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in diced peaches gently.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While cooling, prepare frosting by beating cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in powdered sugar and milk.
  7. Once cooled, generously frost each cupcake with the cream cheese frosting.
