Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 12 mini burger buns
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper; form into 12 small patties.
  3. Cook patties on the grill for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned; avoid pressing down.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, place cheese slices on patties to melt.
