  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 soft slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts in salted water for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool.
  2. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
  3. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken, chopped celery, and halved grapes until evenly coated.
