  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
