  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 ripe avocado

Instructions

  4. Sear marinated chicken in a hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Transfer seared chicken to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. For the sauce, blend avocado, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with creamy green sauce.
