Ingredients
- 4 sub rolls
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice sub rolls lengthwise without cutting through. Generously fill each roll with the spaghetti mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each stuffed sub.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake subs on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
