Ingredients

  • 1 can marinated artichokes, drained
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chopped spinach, drained artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  3. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, brush edges with water, and fold diagonally to seal tightly.
