- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped spinach for about 3-4 minutes until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the sautéed spinach and chopped artichokes gently.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses into the mixture.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
