Description

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped spinach for about 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the sautéed spinach and chopped artichokes gently.
  5. Stir in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses into the mixture.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
