  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté fresh spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted (3-4 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in sautéed spinach gently.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices.
