Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Fold in sliced strawberries gently.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
