- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 2 ripe peaches (chopped)
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Fold in chopped peaches gently.
- Pour the peach filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with fresh mixed berries.
