Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat a teaspoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped spinach until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, hot sauce, and sautéed spinach. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in lump crab meat without breaking it apart too much.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
