  • 1 ½ cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional toppings: pepperoni slices, olives, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers until softened. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
