  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp chili paste (adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic. Dice the red bell pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip when easily released from the pan.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and diced red bell pepper; cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
