- 1 cup pineapple slices (for grilling)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and lime juice.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
